The Professional + 90 FX features a large 114 litre capacity - perfect for all cooking requirements whether it be the Sunday roast, mid-week meal or a day spent baking. 

For smaller meals when the full oven is not required, a handy energy saving panel (ESP) can be used to divide the oven cavity in half. With this in place only one half of the oven is heated and only the right-hand side elements are used. This saves energy and is ideal for cooking most foods. Whilst the ESP is in place, the left hand side can be used to take the chill off plates prior to serving. 

The panel and shelves can be stored in the full-width drawer below when not in use.
